I am a 30 year old Marine Corp wife, licensed teacher, and health fanatic. My faith in God inspires every aspect of my life. Hence the blog title Semper Inspired.... I have the firm belief that our passions should also be our ministries. I hope to inspire other everyday women to take care of themselves, mentally, physically and spiritually.
My view on health was dramatically changed 5yrs ago when my sister and best friend was diagnosed with MS and my mother with Leukemia. Since then I have cleaned up my thinking on food, fitness, and maintained a 30 lb weightloss. My philosphopy is that through Christ anything is possible. Also determination, balance, education, and patience are important keys to overall health.
